Maria Barone was born on December 13, 1920 in Piane Crati, Cosenza, Calabria, Italy and passed away on February 2, 2020 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 99 years.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Egidio in 2011. She is the loving Mother of Michael (Joanna). Cherished Nonna of Michael Robert, Marc Anthony, Emmanuella, Anastasia and Nathanaela. She will be loved, deeply missed and forever remembered by all of her family and friends.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 9:30am at St Mary of the Angels Catholic Church, 1481 Dufferin St. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens, 1810 Albion Rd.
