Lillian May Ivany

Ivany, Lillian May- Unexpectedly on Friday, January 2, 2015, at St. John’s Hospital, in her 73rd year. Devoted daughter of the late Carrie and Gordon Ivany of Lewisporte, Newfoundland. Retired after 33 years at Sunnybrook Hospital. She is survived by her daughter Joanne Patriarche and son in law Dave, her very special boys Grandsons Matthew and Mitchell Patriarche, and her faithful dog Skipper. She will also be sadly missed by her siblings Dave, Nancy Perry(Melvin), and Don and predeceased by brother Raymond. Many cousins, nieces and nephews will also miss their Aunt Lil. A memorial service will be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 6191 Yonge Street, Toronto on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., Visitation at 10:00 a.m.. Cremation. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. A Special Thank you to Toronto Paramedics and Scarborough Hospital(Birchmount-3A) for the care provided during Lillian’s final days.
