Laura Lee Jones

Laura passed from Alzheimer’s on Tuesday July 12th, 2022 at ThorntonView LTC. She is survived by, Shane, her husband of 21 years and her children Caitlin (22) and Ella (18). She is also survived by her brother Stephen and nephew Nolan.

Laura has gone to rest with her mother Rose Miller.

Laura will be remembered as a loving mother who was devoted to family and loved every moment she spent with them. Her smile and laugh made others smile and laugh more.

The family would like to express deep thanks to the staff at ThorntonView LTC for their compassionate care through Laura’s final days.

Visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Home, located at 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough on Monday July 18, 2022 at 11 am.

Funeral services will follow at 12pm at the Jerrett Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel. Laura will be laid to rest with her mother at Pine Hills Cemetery following the Funeral Service.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation in Laura’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Society.
