Peacefully passed away on August 31, 2013 at the Toronto General Hospital. Loving mother of Tommy (France), Jenny (Hon Fai Law), Stanley (Grady Leung), Frankie, Danny (Wendy Ma), pre-deceased Patty (Ricky Luk), Billy (Gigi Tung) and Mai Ling (Alan Kong). Cherished grandma of Karen, Sandy, Matthew (Jessica Zhang), Jason, Leon (Heather Fung), Maxine, Fiona, Jager, Alyssa, Jayna, Kristi, Kevin, Damon and Magan. Devoted great-grandma of Elvina. Lai Ping will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family in China and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 from 9:30am to 10:30am. A funeral service will commence at 10:30am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at York Cemetery to follow.
