Peacefully passed away on October 24, 2015 at Markham Stouffville Hospital after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Beloved wife of Kum. Loving mother of Jim (Angela), Peter (Wendy) and Annie (Tim Dickey). Cherished grandma of Alex, Megan, Mathew and Justine. Kwan Sin will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her siblings, family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 9:00am to 10:00am. A funeral service will commence at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery to follow.
