I'm so very sorry to all of Karlas friends and family. She really was a wonderful young woman with so much enthusiasm and a zest for life and always putting her two children first and foremost. She will be sadly missed by all.

Karla was my next door neighbor at 3 Brimley for years and it was my pleasure getting to know her , Max and Hayley.  My faith knows she was needed as an Angel in heaven but it certainly doesn't take away the pain of her passing.  Missing her laugh and ever present smile will be deeply missed. To Max, Hayley and all of her family and close friends, missing her and the pain of her sudden death won't quickly subside, that is reality. But when minutes, hours and days are especially difficult remember her laugh, I know it instantly made me smile!  Taken too soon, but always in my heart❤

To Fred, Nikki, and the Groten family,
I hope that you find peace, comfort, and strength during this difficult time.  Karla was a beautiful soul who will be missed terribly but remembered fondly.  My heart truly aches for you and especially for Hayley and Max.  Whenever you hear the sweet melody of a bird, Karla will be there.  Whenever you see a butterfly fluttering, Karla will be there, and whenever you feel a dull ache in your heart, take comfort in knowing that Karla will be there to make you smile as you reflect back on fond memories. 
Rest in Peace sweet girl, I know you will be singing the ears off of the Angels and shedding that beautiful spirit around and bringing peace and happiness to all who were lucky enough to have had a chance to know you.

I am lost for words with what has happened. I Can not believe one of the few good people left on this planet is gone! But I will say that Karla touched our lives..... Karla I love you baby girl and I will never forget that dinner with Rob and Cecilia - you said it was one of the best nights of your life and we want you to know that it was for us too! I will never forget before the fashion show how beautiful you looked!
