Joyce Mirion Brown

Joyce Mirion Brown passed away peacefully with family by her side, after a long battle with chronic renal disease on September 12, 2023 at Michael Garron Hospital. She is survived by her 3 children, Alton, Claudia and Andrea and her nephew Danny and Allison.

Joyce will be remembered as a loving, caring mother who was devoted to family and loved helping others whenever she could. Her love for the Lord Jesus, gave her many opportunities to serve at The Planting Community Church. It allowed her to give to other ministries in her desire for others to be touched and impacted by the love of God in their lives. Joyce will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

The family would like to express deep thanks to the staff at Michael Garron Hospital, WoodGreen Community Senior Services and all care partners for their compassionate care and dedicated help in Joyce’s life.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 11am.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 12 noon.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation in Joyce Brown’s memory to The Planting Community Church and WoodGreen Community Services.
