We didn't know Joe for too long but got to love him He made us laugh with his stories from Scotland

I remember Jean's Dad so well from our youth.  He was an excellent father figure for their family and was not reluctant to share his insights into what made a good person and man.  Thank you for all your help as I was growing and, in particular, when I was dating your daughter.  Your advice was always fair and helpful.  Rest In Peace and fair well, Buddy

Shelia, our prayers are with you at this time of the passing of your dear husband. There are no words that can take the place of your loss. Deeply saddened at the news of the passing of my Uncle Joe. Even though he was in Canada he was a constant throughout my childhood with his frequent visits to Scotland. My thoughts are with Aunt Sheila and all the extended Canadian family at this sad time. I will raise a glass of something suitable this afternoon in his memory

We were so very sad to learn of Joe's passing.  Joe and Alex loved talking soccer and working on their do it yourself projects.  Joe was a very intelligent and very loving soul and he touched so many with his great stories and sharp wit. I have lots of wonderful pictures of him at our East Bay Oaks dances and I even have had the pleasure of being his partner a few times on that dance floor. May you rest in peace Joe Walker.....God has a very special helper in heaven now.

Devastated at the loss of my dear uncle joe , remembering him with a smile as he always made me laugh , so grateful he got to meet my husband and son on his last visit home , sending all our love and wishing we could be with you . Marie , nick and nicky king

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our cousin Joe Walker. 
He was one of a kind. A special man, a family man, loved by one and all. He told so many funny stories, loved to sing and dance with his wife of 66 years.  Shiela was the love of his life and she was 14 when they met. 
They emigrated to Canada with three small children to give them a better life. He was a hard worker and a good provider. 
He leaves behind his children, Jean, Josephine and Charles, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, cousins, and many friends. 
He is now at Gods side - probably telling more stories and singing - He is now free from pain and suffering. 
Those he left behind will miss him every day but the memories he left us with are priceless and in time will have us laughing all over again. 
Till we meet again Joe. R.I.P.
