My thoughts and prayers to Joann and her family, my heart is heavy for your loss. Joan was a wonderful lady who opened her heart and her friendship to all. She made sure you were welcomed and always had that smile that was contagious. She's a friend who will be missed by much more than her family and friends, but the 100's if not 1000's of people she touched in her job, but I don't think it was as much a job as it was her calling, where she was a blessing to so many. Well done good and faithful servant. Until we meet again, rest in the strong arms of Jesus. 

Joan was an absolute joy to know and be around. You were able to feel the amount of love and tenderness that she had for every individual, which explains why so many loved her back. I am going to truly miss all the hugs and kisses I received every Sunday, and the phone calls we had with each other.

Joan thank you for giving all of us the comfort and guidance that we may not have known we needed. We love you and we’re all blessed to have known you.

Dear Joann our  thoughts and prayers are with you during this trying time.  I can remember vividly the first time I met your Mom, thorough my in-laws  at Cedarbrae,  she was a wonderful and caring person.

There are people you meet in life that leave lasting impressions. Joan was one of those people. I was happy to reconnect with Joan a few years ago and thank her for being there for me as a youth member at Cederbrea. She was always patient, gentle and kind with the youth during some trying years.  She is a child of God and now is in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus.  We will meet again.

It was with great sadness when I learnt you passed away. When I started to go t yo womens retreats with the ladies at Cedarbrae, your room was one of the first places I would go, we always would laugh and have a good time. I am elated that I met you and was able to be apart of your life and share moments with you and your family. You will be forever missed. 
My condolences go out to your family. Til the day we meet again I pray that your daughter and family are filled with a peace and joy and that surpasses all understand.

Words cannot explain how sad I was when I hear that my Aunt Joan had pass a way, I was very sad and I couldn’t believe it still but I pray about it and I realize that she is so happy in Heaven now. My aunt was a great person and she love everyone it doesn’t matter where are you from or what language did you speak, if I miss church she will call me and ask me if everything is ok with me and she always pray for me. She is mother to all the motherless in our church, I love her so much and I am going to miss her so much. Rest In Peace Aunt entil we meet again in Heave. Sad 😢😓😓😓😓😓

I remember meeting Joan on many, many occasions when she would come with her daughter, Joann to our Toronto Mass Choir events.  She was always very happy and loved seeing her daughter sing!  Joan will be greatly missed by her loving family!  We know that she is in the arms of Jesus and out of any pain in her body!  Praying for Joann and her family!  We love you Joann!!! 

You will be greatly missed Joan by your sister and nephews and nieces and the goods times we shared when you came back to England to visit . Sleep well until we all meet again

I met Joan a few times at Toronto Mass Choir events.  She was always friendly and fun to be around. I am happy that I met her and am sad that she has passed on. 😔
