Janet –lee Williams, passed away May 25, 2020 in her 55th year. Born in Halifax Nova Scotia. Janet moved to Toronto, Ontario in her early teenage years. She was the daughter of Levi Smith and Marlene Williams. She was raised by Barbara & Stewart Beals also step father Milton Mckitty (deceased). She is survived by her children Kristen Williams, Andre Williams, Anthony Williams, Denzel Williams. Also her grandchildren, Denique Williams, Kyla Williams, Trinity Williams, Justice Williams, Anthony Jr. and expected “Baby Boy Williams.” Brothers & Sister, Randy Williams, Raquel Mckitty, Howard Mckitty, Anthony Williams. Several Nieces and Nephews.

Janet accepted the Lord Jesus as her saviour in 2007, and was water baptized at Revival Time Tabernacle Worldwide ministries, by the late Dr. Pastor Audley James. In the presence of her sister Raquel Mckitty and her niece Shampain Jerome who was also baptized the same day.

Janet had a big heart amidst life’s struggles, she will be missed dearly by all her friends and family members.

Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free

I’m following the path God has laid you see.

I took His hand when I heard him call

I turned my back and left it all.

I could not stay another day

To laugh, to love, to work, to play.

Tasks left undone must stay that way

I found that peace at the close of day.

If my parting has left a void

Then fill it with remembered joy.

A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss

Oh yes, these things I too will miss.

Be not burdened with times of sorrow

I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.

My life’s been full, I savored much

Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch.

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief

Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.

Lift up your hearts and peace to thee

God wanted me now; He set me free.
