Passed away peacefully on November 21, 2012, with her children by her side. Jane had a fulfilling and happy life during her 75 years. She touched the lives of many, both as a friend, and in her professional career as a nurse. She will be greatly missed by her children Robert (Irene), Suzanne (Marcus) and Jennifer (Michael), her brother Norm, and her many friends. One of her greatest joys was being a loving and devoted "Gramma" to Anthony, Timothy, Mitchell, Lucy, Kayla and April who will all miss her dearly. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Toronto, (St. Clair Avenue just west of Mt. Pleasant Road), on Tuesday, November 27th, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. A private interment will be held at the Southampton Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with the Hillmer family.
