Helen died peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital after a short illness on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. She is deeply mourned by her brother Don, and her lifetime companion, Alma Stoneman. Her nephews and their mates, Warren and Claudio, Darren and Nicole, and Brian and Marni will miss her constant love. She delighted in her Grand Nephews and Nieces, Fox, Autumn, Sawyer, Piper and Grayson.
Helen will be buried with her Mother and Father at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Scarborough. A memorial service will be held at St. Clements Anglican Church (59 Briar Hill Avenue) at 11 o'clock on the 25th of May, 2013 and all her many friends are welcome to attend. A special thanks must go to the nurses and staff at the Palliative Care unit of the hospital for their warm and compassionate attention.
