Gladys May James

Our beloved Mom ( Granny ) Grandmother, Great Grandmother passed on September11, 2022 at the wonderful age of 95. She had a full life from living during the depression to marrying at a young age and having 8 children. She had many jobs over her long life and retired to become a snowbird. She will be remembered for her strength, humour and love of her family. But she will also be lovingly remembered by her family for her nightly kitchen "nourishment".

Beloved mother of Gordon (Dale), Judy (Bryan), Brenda, Dan, Don, Barry (Karen). Predeceased by her husband Bill (2018), son David (2017) and son Bob (2022) . She will be lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, Denise, Terri, Sue and family friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cancer Society, the Heart and Stoke Foundation or a charity of your choice.

A visitation for Gladys will be held Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C1L3. A funeral service will occur Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C1L3. A graveside service will occur Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Pine Hills Cemetery, 625 Birchmount Ave, Toronto, ON M1K1R1.
