Giovanni has been reunited with his beloved wife Domenica and his 2 beloved sons; Francesco and Giuseppe.
He is the loving Father of Antonio, Bruno (Michelle), Tanina (daughter-in-law), Mary Soltys (daughter-in-law) and beloved Nonno of Domenica (Bogdan), Giovanni (Maggie), Francesco (Jennifer), Anthony, Alana, Giovanni (Jessica), Nicholas, Ryan. He will be deeply missed by his cherished great grandchildren Luka, Léo, Joseph, Isabella, Sofia, Francesco, Matteo. He is survived by his loving sister Nina (in Italy). Giovanni will be forever remembered, loved and deeply missed by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, his sister, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 2-4pm and 6-9pm.
The Funeral Mass will be on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 10:00am at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 830 Bathurst St. (On the morning of the service, please make your way directly to the church arriving 15 minutes prior to the service, this will allow the family some private time prior to the service. Parking at the church will be located on the surrounding side streets as there is no parking lot at the church.)
Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery, 5830 Bathurst St. (north of Finch Ave.)
