Peacefully passed away on July 4, 2014 at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre. Beloved wife of En Fu Shan. Loving mother of Hong (Xiao Dong Li) and Sharon (James Bao). Cherished grandma of Yi and Ronny. Fu Qin will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Saturday, July 12, 2014 from 9:00am to 10:00am. A funeral service will commence at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Pine Ridge to follow.
