Peacefully passed away on September 4, 2011 at the York Central Hospital. Beloved wife of Raymond. Loving mother of Michelle (Nelson Au), Jennifer, Stephanie and Ryan. Cherished grandmother of Brandon. Eva will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Friday, September 9, from 9:00 am to 10:00am. A funeral service will commence at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Cremation at Forest Lawn Crematorium to follow.
