I used to work with Eric back in 1999-2000 when he worked in private security with Intertec at 2 Bloor St. East. He was always a happy, fun-loving guy. He also attended my father's wake in July of 2000. I was very grateful to have him attend as I was new to the city. I just found out about his passing. He was a great colleague and enjoyed a few drinks with him from time to time. My heart goes out to all his friends and family. Regards,

Remembering Eric at the close of this year. He was a great guy and had a terrific sense of humour. Had many chats with him about music and life.

Eric Norris was a great man and we shared many laughs and great times. He will be missed and will never be forgotten. My sincere condolences to his family.

I didn't get to see much of Eric after I left Ontario.  My deepest sympathies to his wife Philippa and daughter Amy.  I can only imagine your pain and loss and my heart cries for you all.  Though not as close as cousins as our parents were the connection is still there; and when it gets broken we grieve with you.  Hugs and prayers to all.

My deepest condolences to Eric's family at this very difficult time. I had the pleasure of working with Eric on a number of client events and he was always the consummate professional and well liked and respected by his colleagues. I was so shocked and saddened to learn of his untimely passing.  Jazzfest won't be the same this year without him.

So sorry about Eric's departure. Losing someone we love can be extremely painful. Eric's memory in my heart lives on as I will forever cherish the beautiful moments we shared at work. Didn't have the pleasure of meeting Eric in person, but we talked on the phone once a week for 3 or 4 years for work... He will be missed.

I was so devastated to hear of Eric's passing. He was a wonderful man and taught me many of the things I learned in the security business and certainly has contributed to my success as a person. I will miss the many laughs we shared together. He was there for me in times when no one else was. You will be truly missed brother. RIP.
