Peacefully passed away on May 12, 2011 at the Trillium Hospital. Beloved husband of Hang, Nam Lien. Loving father of Tran Le (Chang, Chien Yeh), Cam Ai, An Chi (Phan Thi), Cam Lan (Lam, Thang), Chi Phu (Tran, Loi Huong), Cam Tu (Lau, Ngoc Chan), Chi Phong, Cam Hoa (Au, Van Tuong), Cam Cuc (Vuong, Bang), Cam Nghia (Huynh, Vinh Long), Cam Hue (Huynh, Chuong An) and Chi Mau. Cherished grandfather of Wai Ling, Kien Meng, Heng Bong, Paul, Steven, Jessica, Christina, Kelly, Jason and Joanne. Diec Van will be missed by his family and friends.
May may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Wednesday 6:00 - 9:00pm and Thursday 10:30 - 11:30am. A funeral service will commence on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at 11:30am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at York Cemetery to follow.
