After a brief illness, Diana Capponi died on September 21 at Toronto General Hospital. She leaves behind her beloved daughter Julia, her grandsons Quentin and Julian, her partner Brenda and her dear sisters Pat and Sandra, as well as her dog Bob. Family and friends will be received at GIFFEN-MACK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 2570 Danforth Ave.(at Main street subway station). Visitations will be Thursday, September 25, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, September 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. in the Giffen-Mack Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Working for Change, formerly Ontario Council of Alternative Businesses (OCAB) a community-based organization Diana loved and led for many years.
