Passed away on January 10, 2011 at Ajax-Pickering Hospital. Survived by her loving children Christine Picco, Pam Henderson and Cory Henderson; and her grandchildren Taylor, Olivia, Kylie, Chase and Shaun. Darlene also leaves behind her siblings Gail, Shirley and Bill. Predeceased by her parents Edmund and Mary. Visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Rd, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11am in the chapel. Interment to follow at St. John's Norway Cemetery.
