Colin Michael Turner passed away in Toronto, Ontario on Monday May 30th, 2022. He was 52 years old.
Colin was born December 9th, 1969 in Bristol, England. He grew up in England, Jamaica and Canada receiving his education at Wolmer’s Preparatory and High School in Kingston, Jamaica and George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. A graphic designer by training, Colin worked most recently as a project manager. His interests involved cooking, reading and music including playing the guitar, participating in jam sessions which he would organize and participating in open mic sessions. In addition, Colin loved to travel, visiting Morocco and several locations in Europe.
An easy going, introspective, kind and helpful man Colin will be fondly remembered and severely missed by his loving wife Margareta, brother Stephen, nephew Joseph, niece Katherine, mother Merethe and father Lauril (Keith) as well as his extended family and friends.
A visitation for Colin will be held on Friday, June 10th from 5pm to 8pm at Delmoro Funeral Home, 61 Beverly Hills Drive, Toronto, Ontario M3L 1A2.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 11th at 12:00pm at The Church of St. Stephen, Downsview, 2259 Jane St. Toronto, On, M3M 1A6. In lieu of flowers, a donation could be made to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation or Michael Garron Hospital.
