Passed away at St. Michael’s Hospital on May 17, 2011. Predeceased by her husband Mervyn Blake. Survived by her three children, granddaughter and daughter-in-law. Memorial service to be held on Tuesday, May 24 at 10 a.m. in the Coach House Chapel of the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel, 467 Sherbourne St. (south of Wellesley), Toronto.
