Cathy Lynne Cooper

It is with great sadness that we must announce that Catherine (Cathy) Lynne Cooper, born in Toronto October 12, 1958, passed away peacefully at North York General Hospital, on October 2, 2023.

Cathy is loved and will be missed by her devoted husband Rick Pepper, mother-in law Lorine Pepper, sisters-in-law Vikki Ruth and Cheryl & Glenda Pepper, and her five nieces – Melissa, Amanda, Leandra Ember & Allie, nephew Jordin and great-niece Ella.

Cathy was predeceased by her father and mother, Ken and Dorothy Cooper (nee Grivel).

Cathy grew up in North York. She enjoyed cottaging in Muskoka all her life, with her parents, Rick and later with dear little Keelee.

Cathy and Rick had fun traveling together to many sunny destinations including the Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii and Europe, often with family and friends.

We remember Cathy with much love, and we are very grateful to have had her in our lives.

Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in Cathy’s honour would be greatly appreciated.

Visitation for Cathy will be held Friday, October 13, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Kane-Jerrett North York Funeral Homes, 6191 Yonge Street, (South of Steeles Ave.) Toronto. A memorial service will take place in the chapel on Friday, October 13, 2023 at 12:00 noon. A reception will follow at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home.
