Bruno Macri

It is with great sadness, the family of Bruno Macri announce his passing at Toronto Western Hospital on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at age 90. He is survived by his loving wife Vincenza of 63 years. He was a dedicated father to Rocco (Sandra), Frank (Emilia) and Letizia (Gennaro) and devoted grandfather to Alexandra, Natasha, Bruno and Michael. A kind, generous and caring man, Bruno enjoyed his garden and loved to share it with family and neighbours. He embraced his neighbourhood and was always out and about chatting with everyone. He was truly a man about Montrose. Friends may call at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin St.) on Friday from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 9:30am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 72 Mansfield Ave. Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery. If desired, donations in memory of Bruno Macri may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
