It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Betsy Richardson (Aunt Net) on May 4, 2011 at the age of 86 years. Born in Haddo, Jamaica, Betsy, a former nurse is survived by her daughter Leila, grandson Nathan, nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Betsy will be remembered for her kindness and generosity which has profoundly influenced many lives. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge St., Toronto on Thursday, May 12 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 13 at 1 p.m. at the Jerrett Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at the York Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke or Diabetes Foundations.
