Barbara Lynn Routley (nee Shepard) February 25th, 2014. Toronto, ON.
Surrounded by family, Barb passed away peacefully after a short but spirited battle with pancreatic cancer. Cherished wife and best friend to Tom Routley, her high school sweetheart and husband of 44 years. Beloved mother of Matthew (Kelly), Christopher (Melissa), Meghan (Michael Case), and Daisy Mae (her loyal black lab). Loving daughter of Colleen and the late Bruce Shepard. Oldest sister and dear friend to Patricia, Janet Taylor (Brad; Dan and Andrew), and the late Catherine. Adored grandma of Emma, Owen, Caitlynn, and Alicia. She was an extremely proud and caring mother and grandmother and her smiles, cooking, knitting, and hugs will be missed by all.
Barb was a dedicated volunteer with the May Court Club of Oakville for over 30 years and met many of her friends through her involvement with the Club.
