Peacefully passed away on May 17, 2012 at the Credit Valley Hospital. Beloved wife of Kelvin Wei Ming. Loving mother of Shirley and Eric. Anne will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Friday May 25, 2012, 6:00 - 9:00pm and Saturday May 26, 2012 from 9:30 - 10:30am. A funeral service will commence on Saturday May 26, 2012 at 10:30am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Pine Hills Cemetery to follow.
