She will be deeply missed by her children Walter (Debby) and Rita (Robert), and her grandchildren Anita (Josh), Arthur (Cornelia), Edward, and Jason. She will also be fondly remembered by her God daughter
Ruta and her extended family in Latvia.
She was predeceased by her husband Viktor and her parents Ansis and Milda Klava.
Arijia loved sewing and gardening. She loved to sing and dance with her husband. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
The family would like to express their deep gratitude to Seniors Helpers, especially Rochelle and Whitney, for their compassionate care of Arijia.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 2, 2023 from 10-11 am at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home 6191 Yonge Street in North York. Funeral service will follow at 11 am. Her interment will take place at York Cemetery.
The family welcomes flowers or a charity of your choice in Arijia’s Honour.
