She has been reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband Ginesio.
Loving mother of Claudio (Catherine), David (Aspasia), Edda (David Voss), cherished Nonna of Christopher (Melissa), James (Emily), Anna Mariella, Katrina (Timothy), Elizabeth (Connor), Julia and proud bisnonna of Dario, Theodore and Dante. Anna will be dearly missed by her sister Luigia Basso and her many nieces, nephews, cousins and their families. She will be forever remembered, loved and missed by all of her family and friends.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Monday, February 20, 2023 from 4pm-8pm. PLEASE NOTE: Masks are no longer required to attend indoor funeral services, however, the family have requested that you please wear a mask as there will be those in attendance that are vulnerable. Thank you.
The Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 10am at St. Nicholas of Bari Church, 1277 St. Clair Ave. W. (at Earlscourt). PLEASE NOTE: On the morning of the Mass, we would ask that all friends go directly to the church allowing the family some private time prior to the service. Parking is located on the surrounding side streets as well as a Green P parking lot located on Greenlaw.
Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery, 1450 St. Clair Ave. W.
In lieu of flowers, the family have requested donations in Memory of Anna Raimonda Battiston be made to Sick Kids Foundation.
