It is with deep sadness we announce Angelina Martino passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the age of 92. Angelina was born in Guardiaregia, Campobasso, Italy on June 15th, 1931 and immigrated to Canada in 1955.
Reunited with her beloved husband Libero and her sister Emilia. Loving mother of Nicholas and Michael (Stephanie).
Angelina will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Lauren (Marco), Ryan (Malia), Marika (Angelo), Stephen (Alyese), Kaitlin (Ron), Connor (Sarah) and Daniel (Jamie).
She was a proud bisnonna to Nicholas, Elisa, Dominic, Luca, Lucas, Brayden and Ella.
Angelina will be fondly remembered by her sister Antonietta (the late Nicola), her niece Michelina, her nephew Antonio and her extended family and friends.
Visiting for Angelina will be held Friday, December 15, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kane-Jerrett North York Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street, Toronto, (south of Steeles Ave.). A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 9:30 AM at St. Paschal Baylon Church, 92 Steeles Ave West, Thornhill, Entombment prayers will follow at Forest Lawn Mausoleum, 4570 Yonge St., Toronto.
