Alice Hussey

April 21, 1919 – July 1, 2012

Formerly of Clark’s Beach and Port de Grave NL.

Peacefully at the Toronto East General Hospital following a brief illness with her daughter and granddaughter at her side. Predeceased by her husband Thomas, son-in-law Bill Vaughan, grandson Dwayne Vaughan and daughter-in-law Julie Hussey. Also predeceased by her brothers Jack, Harry and Gordon. Beloved mother of Audrey Vaughan, Sidney, Minnie (Pat) Swejda, Gordon and John. Survived by her 11 grandchildren Christine, Eric, Jody, Karen, Brent, Tracy, Vicki, Gordon, Jason, Nicci and Danielle. She will also be missed by her 29 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Also remembered by her cousins, friends and neighbor. Visitation on Sunday, July 8th from 2 to 5 p.m. at the GIFFEN-MACK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE 2570 Danforth Ave. (at Main St. subway) 416-698-3121.
