Warren V. Buckley

Warren V. Buckley age 80 of Manchester Twp. and formerly of the Bronx, NY died Saturday December 22, 2018. He worked for the New York City Transit Authority for 32 years before retiring in 1994. Born in Yonkers, NY he lived in the Bronx for 38 years and the Silverton section of Toms River for 25 years before moving to the Renaissance, Manchester Twp. in 2001.

He is predeceased by his parents James and Florence and his brother James. Surviving are his wife of 61 years Rita, 5 children John V. and his wife Jean of Barnegat, Catherine A. Rinehart and her husband Ronald of Port Charlotte, FL, Barbara Hansen and her husband Thomas of Toms River, Jo-Ann Lykes and her husband Glenn of Howell, Kristen Caruso and her husband Nicholas of Manahawkin, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, his brother Clifford and his wife Mary of Queens, NY, his sister Jacqueline Questo of Yorktown Heights, NY and his sister in law Nancy Buckley of Briar Cliff Manor, NY.

Visiting will be Sunday Dec. 30, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Quinn Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Rd. Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Monday Dec. 31, 2018 at 10:30 AM at St. Pio of Pietrelcina R. C. Church, Route 35 North, Lavallette.
