Teresa Soriero

Born in Jersey City, she resided there for most of her life before settling in Toms River in 1986.

Teresa was known for her cooking, baking, and sewing. She loved preparing meals for her family and would sew dresses and make crafts for the ones she loved.

She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald, in November 2012; and her son, Gerald, Jr. in 1952.

Surviving are her sons: Thomas Soriero, and Michael Soriero and his wife Bernadette; three grandchildren: Dina O'Donnell, Jennifer Cahill, and Sam Soriero; five great-grandchildren: Timothy, Daniel, and Kevin O'Donnell, and Raymond and Bridget Cahill; and her nieces and nephews, especially Tina, Janet, and Carolyn.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 4-8PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 10AM at St. Joseph RC Church, Toms River. Interment will immediately follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
