Ruth S. Rackett, 92, died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Raised in East Orange, she resided in Livingston and Lanoka Harbor prior to moving to Toms River.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jack and her sibilings William, Helen Moore and Richard. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, great- and great-grandnieces and nephews and her devoted caregiver, Susie Dizon.
