Before moving to Toms River, he resided in Bergenfield, NJ for over 40 years. Mr. Baran proudly served with the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Ronald was a member of Saint Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Toms River. Mr. Baran was an amateur magician for most of his life. He especially enjoyed getting together with family and friends. Ronald will be remembered for his love of family and his warm sense of humor.
Surviving are his wife, Gloria Majewski Baran; his daughter, Cynthia Stile and her husband Michael; and his son, Mark Baran and his wife Tracey. He was a loving grandfather to his five grandchildren: Alexander, Amanda, and Drew Baran, and Michael and Cailyn Stile. Also surviving are his extended cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Prior to retiring, he was in sales for 35 years and then worked for the United States Postal Service in Hackensack for 20 years.
