Priscilla D. “Criss” Mangano, 76, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Thursday October 5, 2023 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Columbus, OH, Criss grew up in North Bergen, NJ and had a summer residence in Ortley Beach for many years before moving to Toms River two years ago. Criss had worked as a medical assistant for Luongo Medical Associates in Paramus, NJ.
Criss is survived by her loving husband of 52 years Salvatore; her daughter Gina Owens and husband Walter, her son Michael Buckman and his companion Dorothy Marchiano; her daughter Nikki Spano and her fiancé Daniel Ryan and her son Torey Mangano and his wife Jennifer; her sister Barbara and John White; her brother Herbert and Valerie Follmer and is also survived by 11 grandchildren (Alyssa, Meghan, Shannon, Pauline, Nicole, AJ, Samantha, Emily, Vincent, Perry, and Ella).
Visiting hours will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday October 8, 2023 at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 pm Monday October 9, 2023 at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church 130 St. Maximilian Lane Toms River, NJ 08757.
