Patricia Owens-Vogel

Patricia Owens-Vogel, affectionately known as “Gammie”, 58, of Beachwood, NJ, passed away on November 6, 2021 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Born in Toms River, Patricia grew up in Island Heights and graduated from Central Regional High School. After marrying the love of her life, Daniel in 1988, she moved to Beachwood. Patricia was employed at Bayville Shop Rite for many years. She was a caring and loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. Patricia loved spending time with her family, especially scrapbooking with her grandchildren Jayden, Marley, Piper and Robert. She also enjoyed Sudoku.

She was predeceased by her daughter Elizabeth in 2020 and her brother William Owens in 2011. Surviving are her husband Daniel Vogel; her daughter Evelyn Vogel; her mother Barbara Owens and father Robert Owens and his wife Norma; her brother Richard Owens and his wife Nadia and their children Iman and Aidan; her stepsister Christine Castro and her husband Mike; and many caring aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Private cremation services are under the direction of Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home in Toms River. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association in Patricia’s memory.
