Born in Edison, Mr. Nagy grew up in the Manahawkin area before moving to Carteret, and then settling in Brick. He was a fork lift operator for Waste Management of Lakewood and in his spare time enjoyed dirt bike riding. Matthew was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and active member of AA - Alcoholics Anonymous.
Matthew is survived by his father and step-mother, John and Theresa Nagy; mother and step-father, Caroline and James Ciccone, his brothers and sisters, James Ciccone II, Brittany Nagy, Michael Nagy, Selena Ciccone and Joseph Ciccone; many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, November 4, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and Saturday, November 5 from 8-9 am with a mass at 10:00 am at St. Dominic's RC Church, Brick.
Cremation will be private and was entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 W, Toms River, NJ 08755.
