Mary E. Van Hise, age 85, residing in Toms River, New Jersey passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 17, 2023 after a prolonged illness battling ovarian cancer.
Mary was born on December 31, 1937. she grew up in Trenton, NJ, until moving to Morrisville, PA. She graduated Cathedral High School in Trenton. At the age of 20, she married Charles Girard and they had three beautiful children. Mary loved to play Scrabble and color. She also was an avid reader.
Mary was pre-deceased by her husband, Charles Girard and her son, David. She is survived by her son Girard and his wife, Teri, daughter Carolyn, step-granddaughter, Doreen and her fiance Edward Kinney III, daughter-in-law Michaelon and grandson Joshua.
