Mary A. McInerney, 96, of Beachwood, NJ, passed away on November 14, 2016 ather daughters home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn NY, she lived in NY State, Michigan, and Nutley NJ before moving to Beachwood in 1980. Mary worked as an executive secretary for Hoffman LaRoche in Nutley, and in later years for Bradlees in Toms River NJ as a sales associate. She liked to crochet and sew. Mary was a communicant of St. Barnabas Church in Bayville. For many years, she and her husband worked in their soup kitchen. Mary’s greatest joy was her family and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband Francis E. McInerney in 2005; her sisters: Filomena Stefanelli and Rose Polla; her brothers: Frank LoCurcio and Vincent LoCurcio Jr.; her sister-in-law Mae LoCurcio; her brother-in-law Mark Polla; and her grandson Raymond Michael Ouellette. She is survived by her sister Jeanetta Brancaccio and her husband Dominick, her sister-in-law Antoinette LoCurcio, her brother-in-law Tony Stefanelli, her children Ginny McInerney, Donna Hartman and her husband Chris, Maryann Ouellette and her husband Ray, Dave McInerney and his husband Robert, her grandson Nick Ouellette and his wife Christine, and her great-grandchildren Hamilton and London Ouellette.
Visitation will be Friday, November 18, from 4 to 8PM, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ. The funeral service will be Saturday, 10AM at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River, NJ.
