Mary Lorraine Gibson

Mary Lorraine Gibson, 87, of Beachwood, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at Tallwoods Care Center, Bayville. Mary worked as an associate at the Gift Box in Bayville. She was a communicant of St. Barnabas Church, Bayville. Born in Jersey City, she lived in Jersey City until moving to Beachwood in 1951.

She was predeceased by a son, Raymond, in 1998; and a daughter-in-law, Yvonne, in 2002. Surviving are her husband, James Gibson Jr.; two sons, James Gibson III of Manahawkin, and Donald Gibson of Little Egg Harbor; two daughters-in-law, Taffy Gibson of Bamber Lake, and Melissa Harris of Little Egg Harbor; a sister, Edna Kaiser of North Arlington; nine grandchildren, Sean, James, Christopher, Donald, Scott, Jeff, Cassidy, Scotty, and Jennifer; seven great-grandchildren, Scott, Abigail, Christopher, Cory, Courtney, Christian, and Mahkai; and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20 at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 21 at St. Barnabas Church, Bayville. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Toms River.
