Marjorie Ann McMurray

Marjorie "Marge" McMurray, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grand mother and friend to all, left this earth on Saturday, 22 October 2022 at the age of 84 in Freehold, NJ. Marge was born and raised in Aberdeen, Maryland to Richard Loflin Greenland and Evelyn Hart-Greenland.

Marge a graduate of Aberdeen High School class of 1956, attended John Hopkins School of Nursing in Baltimore and worked in the nursing field, prior to switching to the hairdresser profession in the early nineteen seventies. She continued to work in the hair stylist business for nearly fifty years. She had lived in Londonderry, New Hampshire prior to moving to Island Heights, New Jersey several years ago. Marge loved her family, visiting with friends, her cats, eating lobster and vacations to Aruba.

Marge leaves behind her son Patrick "Scott" McMurray and his wife Barbara Bowers-McMurray of Island Heights, New Jersey; grand children Ryan Michael McMurray and Scotti Erin Schnebel; her daughter Renee Lynne Dias and her partner Eric of Massachusetts; grandchildren Matthew Dias and Kirstin Simons. Marge had six great-grandchildren; Anna, Ally, Memphis, Savina, Vinny and Julian and her long time loving life partner Ernie Brandt.

A family service will be privately held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made to the Humane Society or St.Jude's Children's Hospital in her memory.
