Lucy Rufolo

Lucy Rufolo, 91, (nee Rippo)of Toms River passed away on Thursday June 25th, 2015 at Holiday Care Center in Berkeley Township, NJ. Born and raised in Newark, NJ, she later resided in Irvington, NJ prior to moving to Toms River in 1989 Her favorite pastimes were trips to Atlantic City and card games with her friends. Lucy was predeceased by her husband George, son Patsy and 9 brothers and sisters. Surviving are her daughters Georgeanne and husband Walter Booth of Barnegat, NJ and Margaret and husband Donald Marino of Belford, NJ, grandchildren Sandy, Steven, Donna and Denise, great grandchildren Alexa, Carrington, Hailee, Rachel, Lauryn, William, Jared and Samantha and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday June 28th, 2015 from 2-6pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A Funeral Service will be offered at 10am on Monday June 29th, 2015 at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
