Karen Nina Rolaf

Karen Nina Rolaf, age 60, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at AristaCare at Manchester, Manchester Township NJ. She had been a longtime resident at AristaCare where she received wonderful care from individuals who loved her as family. The Rolaf family is grateful for the many years of compassion and comfort provided by the staff at AristaCare.

Karen was born October 6, 1961 in Englewood, NJ to the late Andre and Joan (Boggiano) Rolaf. Karen was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Ross; and nephew, Anthony “Tony” Rolaf.

She is survived by her five siblings: John (Vicky), Andre (Alisa), Eric (Debbie), Carol, Sandy, and sister-in-law Bridget. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; Andre III (Ashley), Eric Jr. (Alison), Elizabeth, Erin, Alex, Jessica (Cody), Joshua (Rebekah), Alivia, Christina, Andrew, Caitlynn, and Jacob, as well as four great-nieces and nephews; Anthony, Aubrey, Jillian and Rowen.

Karen had participated in many Special Olympics.

Karen will be best remembered for her child-like innocence, her big smile, and the unconditional love she showed for everyone she knew.

A Memorial Gathering will be planned for the summer of 2022 at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ
