Born in Lyndhurst, OH, she came to New Jersey in 1975.
She lived in Bayville for 28 years before settling in Whiting in 2008.
Mrs. Wallach received an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green University in 1967. She was employed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Italy as a clerk stenographer from 1967-1970, and from 1974 until retiring in 2008, she was a Real Estate Agent, most recently with Weichert Realtors, Lacey Township.
She enjoyed crocheting, making ceramics, reading mystery novels, and most of all, spending time with her daughters and granddaughter.
She also had a fondness for all animals, especially cats.
She was predeceased by her husband Irving in 1986, and by her brother James Romask in 2006.
Surviving are her daughters, Michelle Wallach-Novak and her husband John of Rockaway, and Amy Wallach of Hollywood Beach, FL; her son, Robert Perseley of FL; and her granddaughter, Vanessa Novak.
Cremation was private under the direction of Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A memorial gathering and service will be held from 4-6pm on Wednesday, May 1 at the funeral home.
