Joseph Henry Moscariello

Joseph H. Moscariello, 94, of Berkeley Twp., NJ passed away on Saturday Oct. 11th at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Elizabeth NJ, He lived in Iselin, NJ for 23 years and Lanoka Harbor for 9 years before moving to the Holiday City Heights section of Berkeley Twp. 23 years ago. He was a veteran of the US Army having served in WW II. He was a letter carrier for the US Post Office in Elizabeth, NJ for over 30 years retiring 38 years ago. He was a former member of the DAV in Elizabeth and a member of the VFW Post 10185 in Holiday City.

Joseph is survived by his wife of 67 years Assunta Coriddi Moscariello; two sons, Mark Moscariello of Fords, NJ and Michael and his wife Jennifer Moscariello of Whiting, NJ. He also is survived by his sister Virginia Ellis.

Visiting hours will be on Wed. Oct 15, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday Oct. 16th at 11:30 AM at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Toms River. Cremation will be private.
