John "Johnny Botz" Tremamunno, 74, of Toms River, NJ passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at his home. Born in the Bronx, NY, to the late Angelo and Rose Tremamunno, John had lived there until moving to Toms River over 50 years ago. He was a Construction Worker with Union Local 79 for 50 years retiring in 2002.
John enjoyed watching TV especially his Westerns and Crime Shows. Most importantly John enjoyed entertaining and spoiling his family and friends.
John is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Donna, his two children; his daughter, Jennifer Mendez and her husband Eric and son Michael. Also surviving are his grandchildren; Olivia, Michael, Emma, Jacob and his furbaby Maggie and John's sister Barbara Phillips and her husband Dave.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River, NJ. A Celebration of John's life will be said on Thursday, June 20, 2024 10:00 am at the funeral home. Entombment will follow to Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River, NJ.
