John J. Pellegrino

John J. Pellegrino, 91, of Holiday Heights of Berkeley Township, NJ passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in White Plains, NY, John had lived in Suffern, NY for 38 years before moving to Holiday Heights in 2002. John was a Milkman with local 584 out of the Bronx for over 30 years. John was a Veteran of the US Coast Guard and proudly served his country.

John was an avid golfer who was a Head Starter with the Spook Rock Golf Course, Suffern, NY and was a Golf Champion with Holiday Heights Golf Club. John loved spending time with his wife Mary especially their casual walks around their home and mostly their evenings spent watching old movies. He loved to watch sports, especially baseball and his NY Yankees.

John is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Mary and his four children; Valerie Beckett and her husband Jeff, Linda Pellegrino Stotz and her husband Robert, John Pellegrino and Gary Pellegrino. John is also survived by his two grandsons, Brett Stotz, Donovan Pellegrino, his sister Angela Calabrese and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Services are under the direction of Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Toms River and are private.
