Jane graduated from Freehold Township High School in 1978. She was a licensed manicurist for many years, as well as an employee of Stop & Shop.
Jane is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Carney; her sister, Diane Carney; and her husband, Neil Rodgers.
Surviving are her children, Heather (and Brian Winter) and Steven Rodgers; and her grandchildren Shane and Declan Rodgers; her siblings Bruce (and Debbie) Carney, Donna Fein, John (and Reyne) Carney and her many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday February 9, 2023 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jane’s memory are suggested to ASPCA at ASPCA.ORG and AFSP at AFSP.ORG.
