Manchester – Henry W. Kappmeier passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, NY. He was 77.
Born in North Bergen, he lived in Toms River for 30 years before moving to Manchester 7 years ago.
Prior to retiring he worked in the Maintenance Department at the U.S. Naval Engineering Station in Lakehurst.
Henry is predeceased by a sister Edna Bonelli.
Surviving is a brother Robert Kappmeier and his companion Charlie Nuedling of Manchester. 2 sisters: Helen Janssen of Manchester and Doris O’Rourke of Toms River. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Monday from 2 to 6 pm with a funeral service to be held at 5:30 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road, Toms River.
